In February of 1973, Tim Powers first displayed ‘The World’s Smallest Circus’ at a model railroad show in Madison, Wisconsin. Over the years the layout has changed. A new tent here, a different attraction there. However, it basically looks the same as it did all those years ago. Everything on the model is made by hand. Parts are from kits, but in the end, are redesigned by Tim for the layout.

Now called ‘Circus in Miniature’, it is still displayed, most prominently at the Midwest Model Rail Show in Madison, WI.
